EP-4103DL can detecte Windows environment during installation and install the drivers automatically. It supports IEEE 802.3 and IEEE 802.3u standards, compatible with 10BASE-T and 100BASE-TX networks. It's auto-negotiation feature to automatically adjust to the highest transfer rate (up to 200Mbps in full duplex mode). It is fully complies with the IEEE 802.3, IEEE and 802.3u industrial standards. It also supports 10/100Mbps auto-negotiation, full-/half- duplex. EP-4103DL is Plug-and-Play installation - getting IRQ and I/O address automatically.
